Red Beans and Rice w. Kielbasa

Recipe Instructions

Chop the onion, celery (about 2 cups) and green pepper - and dice the garlic.
Drain the red beans.
Coat the 12" DO with olive oil and place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add onion, celery, green pepper, and garlic. Cook 2-3 minutes.
Add beans, bean puree, tomato sauce, water, Worcestershire sauce (its in the spice box), cayenne pepper, Louisiana red pepper sauce. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Cut kielbasa into disks and pan fry.
Cook rice.
Serve beans with rice and additional pepper sauce - and sausage on the side for those that want it.
